Summary
- In this page you will be able to find the requirements to join the management team of Postal Wiki. Also explained the duty of jobs.
- We allow anyone who meets the requirements below to apply for Patroller and Administrator roles. (Bureaucrat is not available for applying.)
- If you would like to apply for any of the roles, you can post an application on the official Discord Server or on the Administrator Bulletin Board.
- Other strengths of the applicant will be fully taken into account by the Bureaucrats when considering their application, but please make sure you indicate this in your application.
- At the same time, the Bureaucrats reserves the right to remove management without cause.
- Users with administrative privileges who do not perform any operation for three months are considered to have automatically relinquished their privileges and are removed from their positions.

Duty
- Keep active.
- Inspection page changes.
- Back off the damage in time.
- Update important pages.
Requirements
- Auto-confirmed users.
- No ban record(s) in last 60 days.
- No less than 60 edits in last 30 days.
- Careful, Respectful, Honest.
- Join official Discord Server.
- Not a revocation due to reasons other than expiry of term of office and self-inflicted causes.
Term of Office
- The term of Patroller: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year.
- At the end of the term, Bureaucrats will decide whether to extend the term or dismiss the service.
- At the time Bureaucrats decide to extend the term, you may able to upgrade to next level. (Example: 1 month -> 3 months)
Administrator
Duty
- Keep active
- Inspection page changes.
- Maintain important templates.
- Respond to user requests.
- Back off the damage in time.
- Update important pages.
- Mediate user disputes.
Requirements
- Patrollers.
- No less than 90 edits in last 30 days.
- No ban record(s).
- Active in official Discord Server.
- Not a revocation due to reasons other than expiry of term of office and self-inflicted causes.
- Less than 25% of the members of the active administrators were opposed.
Term of Office
- The term of Administrator: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year.
- At the end of the term, Bureaucrats will decide whether to extend the term or dismiss the service.
- At the time Bureaucrats decide to extend the term, you may able to upgrade to next level. (Example: 3 month -> 6 months)
- Administrator has voting rights.
- Bureaucrat has one-vote veto system.
- A half-vote system for abstentions, i.e., when a neutral or abstaining point of view is voted upon, is applied generically.
