Inquiry can be losged when item with extra services, such as Registered mail, Tracked Services[1], and Insured items[2], are considered lost. Inquiry service allow sender to acknowledge the status of the item officially when no information can be obtained by the online tracking services. In some countries, refund is only available when inquiry showed the mail has been lost.
